New additions to my Abandoned houses series – County Kerry

Seen here is my friend Owen’s Uncle’s old property, in Kerry of course. I’m grateful to him for allowing me access to this hidden world. Having bought a copy of my book and realising my interest in old houses Owen contacted me to invite me into the dusty time-capsule, empty now for over 25 years. I am always on the lookout for more… should you be aware of any I would love to hear from you!

I could just get lost in your photographs and your part of the world… they are truly stunning and capture the emotions swirling about you.

p.s. tell Owen if ever he needs someone to move in and occupy that gorgeous cottage, I am available 😉

    Hi John

I came across your site purely by accident when searching for a local photographer in Cape Town (also a Wesson), your images are absolutely gorgeous and make me wish I could pack up and move to one of those gorgeous abandoned houses. Thanks for the true emotion filled images.

p.s. tell Owen I’ll happily occupy their abandoned space anytime (wishful thinking)

Thank you for your kind words Heather. Should you ever find yourself in Ireland I would be happy to show you around. John.
